About this holiday rental

Handsome traditional style property which sleeps up to eight people and has a large private pool and garden. Located a few kilometres drive from Trapani on the north-west coast of the Italian island of Sicily with wonderful views of the countryside and the sea in the distance. There are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants in Trapani as well as an International airport.

The second floor has a single bedroom (1 x 120cm wide bed).

The first floor has two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds), each with en-suite bathroom.

The ground floor has a spacious living with satellite television, CD and DVD player. Elegant dining room and a fabulous fully equipped kitchen with breakfast table. Study area and a bathroom.

Whilst respecting the authenticity of the house the furnishings and decor have plenty of style and refinement as well as modern comforts which render the accommodation absolutely charming. Air conditioning ensures your comfort.

A good sized garden replete with orange, lemon and olive trees and a huge pool surrounded by beautiful countryside allows you to enjoy a memorable holiday in Sicily. There are an outside shower and a barbeque as well as plenty of garden furniture.

The price includes :

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes, reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity up till 300 Kwh per week. The extra consumption fee of € 0,40 per Kwh is to be paid on the spot. Linen and towels (not beach towels) provided. Final clean included. Garden and swimming pool maintenance. Saturday arrival 16.00 to 20.00, depart before 10.00.
