Beautiful villa with private pool, located in the countryside of San Michele Salentino, a pretty town in the province of Brindisi. The Adriatic Sea, with the beach and the nature reserve of Torre Guaceto, is about 25 km away.

Famous places like Polignano a Mare, Alberobello, the beaches of Porto Cesareo and the Grottos of Castellana are reachable by car in less than an hour. The interior consists of the entrance hall and living room with TV under the trullo cones, kitchen, 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom in the lamia. Two shower rooms complete the complex.

From the kitchen you can exit to the outdoor veranda at the back. The villa has a solarium and a barbecue area in its large garden. The interiors are equipped with air-conditioning and a washing machine, electric oven, TV and mosquito nets (no dishwasher). There is also parking inside the property and a convenient outdoor shower. Pets allowed. Next to the swimming pool surrounded by greenery is a lovely gazebo furnished with sun loungers, shaded by wooden awnings and furnished with lounges, tables and chairs for eating near the brick barbecue area.
