Just 300 metres walk from the beach this delightful air conditioned holiday villa with private pool and garden accommodates up to six people. The villa Desiree is a fine example of a beach villa, with decor to match the spectacular setting. You can enjoy fabulous views of the sea from this tranquil eyrie. Castellamarre del Golfo 6km. Shops and restaurants in Scopello 2km. Palermo airport 40km.

The accommodation comprises a light and airy living and dining room with television, DVD player and hi-fi. Open-plan, fully equipped kitchen with all you need for self-catering. Double bedroom and a twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds). Shower room. Laundry area. Steps lead to a gallery (low ceiling) with two single beds (with supplement : 200 eruos par semaine)  .

The decor is perfect, simple, light complemented by seaside colours.

The garden has plenty of Mediterranean plants, bushes and trees and a pool where you can cool off and enjoy the sunshine. There are two covered terraces where you can dine outside, enjoy a barbeque or relax and admire the spectacular views of the sea and coastline.

The price does not include :

Deposit of 300 euros to be paid on arrival.
Supplement of 200 euros per week for 6 people. Cot or high chair: 50 euros per item
