Handsome villa with private pool and large garden, commanding stunning, panoramic views of the valley and surrounding hills. Located near Lucignano a small Tuscan village, between Siena and Arezzo. Shops, bars, restaurants and tennis 3km. Riding 2km. Golf 12km.

The upper floor has two double bedrooms, twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds) and a bathroom with shower stall.

The ground floor has fully equipped kitchen with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, toaster etc. dining area and fireplace. Spacious living and dining room with television, double sofa bed and fireplace leading to the large covered terrace equipped for outdoor dining. Bathroom with shower stall.

Overall this is a comfortable, well-equipped villa with attractive décor.

This is a tranquil setting where you can relax and enjoy the countryside which is adorned with olive plantations, woodland and vineyards. The garden has lots of space for children to play and adults to find a quiet corner with a book, there is plenty of garden furniture and a barbeque. The pool is big so you can have a good swim and enjoy the view.

The owner lives in a small neighbouring property with independent access and is on hand if required.

The price includes :

Private pool open from 01/05 to 30/09.

The price does not include :

Breakage deposit Euro 200 (payable in cash on your arrival and held by the owner for the duration of your stay).

Pets are welcome on payment of Euro 5 each per day.
It is not possible to charge electric cars at the house, but at the charging stations located a few kilometers away.
Wood Euro 15 each 100 kg (if used).
