Charming property with a beautiful garden and a large private swimming pool. Superbly situated in an elevated setting with panoramic views of the surrounding, verdant hills. Located on the edge of Corchiano 500 metres. Civita Castella 12km. Rome 60km. Viterbo 25km. Orvieto 85km.

The upper floor has a living room with fireplace. Two double bedrooms (1 x 140cm wide bed in each) both with bathroom and shower. Double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed). . Bathroom with shower. Gallery accessed via an iron staircase has a small living-dining room with kitchenette and double bed and small bathroom with shower. Panoramic terrace.

The ground floor has large living room with fire place, kitchen, dining room, small single bedroom and small bathroom with shower.

Pool open from may to end of september.

The price includes :

Private pool open from 01/05 to 30/09.
Wi-Fi Internet access.
Property cleaned and supplied with bed linen and bathroom towels with weekly change.
One baby bed (for children up to 3 years) on request at time of booking. Electricity, hot and cold water.

The price does not include :

Breakage deposit Euro 250 (payable in cash on your arrival and held by the owner for the duration of your stay).
Heating Euro 3 per m3 (if used).
Pets are welcome on payment of Euro 5 each per day.
If ordered in advance swimming towels can be hired on site on payment of Euro 3 each.
Wood for fireplace Euro 15 each 100 kg (if used).
