The views of the lake and surrounding mountains are quite breath-taking.

Villa accommodation covering 600 m² on 3 floors for 16 people (+ maximum 4 children), 9 bedrooms, 6 bath/shower rooms, satellite television, wifi, billiards.

The ground floor has an elegant living room with fireplace and a dining room with a table for sixteen people. Fully equipped kitchen with access to the terrace and barbecue area. Games room with billiards table. Separate toilet.

The first floor is surrounded by a balcony commanding magnificent views of the garden and lake to which all the bedrooms have access. In the middle of this floor is a sitting room with sofas and a television around which the bedrooms are orientated. Triple bedroom with a double bed and a single bed along with a private bathroom with bath and shower. Double bedroom with a private bathroom. Bathroom with bath and shower. Double bedroom and a twin bedroom (2 x 90 cm wide beds). Bathroom with bath and toilet.

The second floor has a double bedroom with a small adjoining room with a single bed. Triple bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. Single bedroom. Two double bedrooms. Two bathrooms with a bath in each. Shower room.

All of the main rooms and bedrooms overlook the lake apart from one or two to the rear which overlooks a delightful Roman church. The interior is both beautiful and comfortable whilst remaining family orientated.

This rare magnificent villa has ornate terraces and grounds covering 15000 m² with a sixteen-metre-long swimming pool all absolutely peaceful.

Set on a hillside just 1 km from the centre of the town of Pallanza Verbania which has charming shops, bars and restaurants. You can enjoy walks along the lake shore or take a ferry and explore Lake Maggiore, its islands, the town of Stresa, the Santa Caterina del Sasso monastery, the Angera castle, even visit Switzerland.

On request receptions for up to a maximum of 40 people can be organised at the property for a minimum rate of one-week rental. Before 15 June and after 15 September the property can be rented at a reduced price of -40% in which instance the second floor is closed.

The price includes :

Water, electricity, gas, weekly cleaning, weekly change of sheets and towels and bath,
