About this holiday rental

Large country villa for up to sixteen people, with private swimming pool and large garden commanding panoramic views. Located near Arezzo 20 km in Tuscany with shops and restaurants in the village of Palazzo del Pero 3 km. Siena and Florence 80 km.

The third floor has a sitting room with fireplace and a doubl esofa bed. Shower oom and in the eaves there is a double bed.

The second floor has three double bedrooms each with en suite shower room and toilet. Further double bedroom.

The first floor (main floor accessed by stone stairs) has a living and dining room with a large fireplace. Big, fully equipped kitchen (with gas hob, oven, dishwasher, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine...). Two double bedrooms and a shower room with toilet.

A few metes from the main house is a cottage which has a sitting room with table, divan, television and table football.

The house, which has a military origin, covers 400 m² of living space spread over three floors. Furnishings are mainly traditional in style as is the decor. A USB for internet access is included in the price.

The large garden area is pretty with plenty of colourful flowers, there is a good supply of garden furniture so you can enjoy relaxing by the nine metre long pool (open end of first week of May to mid October), dining outside and preparing barbecues, there is even a wood oven. The views of the valley are superb.

The price includes :

Private pool open from 01/05 to 30/09.
Wi-Fi internet access.
Bed linen and bathroom towels.
One baby bed (for children up to 3 years) on request at time of booking.

The price does not include :

Breakage deposit Euro 300 (payable in cash on your arrival and held by the owner for the duration of your stay).
Heating: Euro 6 per m3 (if used).
Wood for fireplace Euro 20 each 100 kg.
Swimming towels available on request on payment of Euro 3 each.
Small size pets are welcome on payment of Euro 5 each per day.
Tourist tax Euro 1,50 per person per day, applied for the first 4 days only. Children up to 12 years do not pay.
