About this holiday rental

This delightful villa is located not far from Arezzo, approximately 7 km away. The villa is close to the village of Tregozzano, which can be reached on foot (formerly the residence of the Counts of Arezzo) for local shopping. The garden is very pleasant, shaded and particularly refined, with tree-lined paths, a pergola and wisteria, a marble fountain and decorative objects, and a very large 16x6 swimming pool, plenty of garden furniture and shaded terraces for outdoor dining.

With 320 m² of living space, the ground floor features a large, bright glass veranda with a pool table, dining table, table football, sofas and a bathroom with shower.

The first floor is accessible via an external staircase and comprises a large, bright living/dining room with sofa and terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, three double bedrooms, one bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with bathtub and a bathroom with shower.

There is a shower room and changing room near the swimming pool.
To complete your stay and make it more enjoyable, there is Wi-Fi, table football and a television.

The swimming pool is open from late June to early September.

The price includes :

Private pool open from 28/06 to 05/09.
Wi-Fi Internet access. Swimming pool and garden maintenance.
Bed linen and bathroom towels (initial set).
One baby bed (for children up to 3 years) on request at time of booking.

The price does not include :

Breakage deposit Euro 300 (payable in cash on your arrival and held by the owner for the duration of your stay).
Obligatory final cleaning Euro 160.
Heating: Euro 2 per m3 (if used).
Pets are welcome on payment of Euro 10 each per day (small size only).
Swimming towels available on request on payment of Euro 3 each.
It is not possible to charge electric cars at the house, but at the charging stations located a few kilometers away.
Tourist tax Euro 3 per person per day, applied for the first 4 days only. Children up to 12 years do not pay.
