An elegant, luxurious villa in the heart of Puglia, close to the small town of Francavilla Fontana, nestled in olive groves, it sleeps 10 people. It has 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a private swimming pool, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and absolute peace and quiet.

It is strategically located, within easy reach by car of many famous historic centres such as Ceglie Messapica, Ostuni and San Vito dei Normanni.

Inside the house there is a large, attractive living room with a sitting room, dining room and a well-equipped open-plan kitchen. Large picture windows lead outside to the covered terraces, where there is a table and chairs for al fresco dining and a sitting room for relaxing at any time of the day or evening, enjoying the peace and quiet of the Puglia countryside.

The sleeping area comprises 5 bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: 14 m² with 1 x 160x200 bed
Bedroom 2: 22.5 m² with 1 x 160 cm bed (separable into 2 x 80 x 200 cm beds) + 1 x 80 x 200 cm bed (sofa). These two rooms can be joined together.
Bedroom 3: 14.5 m² with 1 x 160x200 bed and 1 x 80x200 bed (sofa).
Bedroom 4: 10 m² with 1 bed (160x200)
Bedroom 5: 22 m² with 1 bed 160x200
Each room has its own private shower room and WC, TV and Wi-Fi.

The villa is fully air-conditioned.

It also has a beautiful swimming pool (10x4 m, depth 1.30 m), salt-treated and illuminated, surrounded by sun loungers and Balinese beds to enjoy the sun.
