Ideal for a comfortable and relaxing holiday, this recently renovated villa is located in a quiet residential area, just a few minutes' drive from the sea and the beautiful sandy beach of Marausa Lido.

Surrounded by a beautiful garden with lawn, aromatic and ornamental plants, the villa has a large infinity pool with submerged steps and salt purification (no chlorine), with adjoining Turkish bath, fitness room and shower room, a fully furnished pergola terrace with dining area and a well-equipped outdoor kitchen (kitchenette, oven, fridge, dishwasher and barbecue).

Comprising the main villa and two annexes, the villa offers spacious and welcoming interior rooms, furnished in an elegant contemporary style and equipped with all modern comforts, such as air conditioning, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, home audio system and washing machine. The main house consists of a lounge, a living-dining room, a kitchen, a shower room, and three bedrooms, all with private bathrooms. All bedrooms are en suite with shower rooms wc.

The two outbuildings house the fourth and fifth bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms and king-size beds.

The property is also an ideal starting point for nature and sports enthusiasts, who can enjoy trekking, birdwatching and cycling along the trails of the nearby Saline reserve, as well as visiting the Salt Museum and the most interesting places in western Sicily, such as Erice, Trapani, Marsala, the Egadi Islands (connections from the ports of Trapani and Marsala), the Zingaro Nature Reserve and the archaeological sites of Segesta, Mothia and Selinunte.

The price includes :

All linen and final cleaning. Pool towels. Regular cleaning of bedrooms and bathrooms during your stay, with linen changed for stays longer than one week.
Air conditioning.

The price does not include :

A deposit of €1,000 in cash is payable on arrival. This will be returned at the end of your stay if there are no issues.

Tourist tax: If applicable by the local council
