About this holiday rental

Superbly situated air conditioned holiday house with private pool and garden which accommodates up to ten people. The villa La Vela is set on a hillside overlooking the sea which is accessed via a footpath (about 200 metres long). Shops and restaurants 1km. Palermo airport 40km. Here you can enjoy Sicilian nature at its best from sunrise to sunset.

Main house

The accommodation is all on one level and comprises a light and airy living and dining room with television which opens onto a large covered terrace where you can dine outdoors and relax, enjoy the views of the Mediterranean or the pool and garden as the mood takes you. The fully equipped modern kitchen which opens onto the terrace. Double bedroom with en suite bathroom. Two twin bedrooms (2 x 90cm wide beds in each) and a single bedroom (1 x 90cm wide bed). Shower room.

The decor is light and in tune with the seaside setting whilst furnishings are comfortable and practical.

Annex

There is a double bedroom (you can add a single bed as well if required with 150 euros supp pr week ) with bathroom and shower.

The kidney shaped pool is the main feature of the garden (set to the rear of the villa) and there is plenty of garden furniture for you to relax and enjoy the warm sunshine. There are an outdoor shower and most important, a barbeque.

The villa has 4 cameras that only monitor the outside of the villa.

The price includes :

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity up to the allowance of 150kw per week. Linen and towels (not beach towels) provided. Garden and swimming pool maintenance. Saturday arrival 14.00 to 20.00, depart before 10.00. Late arrival supplement 20€ payable locally.

The price does not include :

Refundable deposit 300€ payable locally in cash.
final cleaning : 150 euros
Cot available for hire 30€ per week.
Electricity consumption beyond the allowance of 150kw per week payable locally charged at a rate of 0.50€ per kW.
extra bed : 150€ per week
tourist tax : 1,50€ per person/ per night (maximum 6 nights)
