This old country house with private swimming pool is located 1.5 km from the town of Castiglion Fiorentino, which is also accessible on foot. It will allow you to see the period stables left in state on the ground floor of the villa. Castiglion Fiorentino is one of the most beautiful towns in the Val di Chiana and offers many shops, restaurants and services of all kinds while important cultural events take place throughout the year. The date of the house can be traced back to the beginning of this century by its structure and the materials used for its construction. At that time, some of the adjacent grounds were used as a shooting range during folklore events, with targets being aimed at from a distance of about 300 mt. This is where the name of the villa comes from. There is also a small 16th century vaulted cellar where, on request, you can taste the owners' certified organic wine and virgin olive oil. Around the house there is a large garden of about 1 hectare, completely fenced in and dotted with olive trees, which leads to a beautiful swimming pool (size 6 x 12 - depth 1,40), children's playground and a well with drinking water. There is also a private tennis court at about 800 m. shared with the guests of villas ITA1403 LI OLIVI and ITA808 DEI FIORI.
