This beautiful white villa is built on one level on 700 sqm with the shape of a plane with a central circular part and two wings.

It is composed of :
A main circular part which includes a spacious and very bright living room with sofas and access to the terrace, a lounge with TV and fireplace, a dining room, a spacious kitchen with a large wooden table and a bathroom with shower.
Two wings, each consisting of a master bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with bath, a bedroom with two single beds, and a bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with bath.

Outside you can enjoy the large garden and relax on the covered terrace with table and chairs overlooking the lake. The large swimming pool (11 x 5 m) is surrounded by a wooden terrace with sun loungers and parasols.

The villa is located in a large private park (40,000 m²) on the edge of the protected natural park of "Parco Naturale Lagoni di Mercurago", ideal for walks and peace and quiet in the heart of nature.

This beautiful holiday villa is perched on a hillside on the Gulf of Arona in the southern part of Lake Maggiore. It is located a few minutes walk (500 m) from the centre of the small village of Dormelletto, with its bar and grocery shop. The pretty town of Arona is 4 km away, with its beautiful lakeside promenade and many shops, bars and restaurants. You can easily board one of the ferries and explore Lake Maggiore. Arona's train station provides easy access to Milan city centre. Stresa, the most popular tourist resort on Lago Maggiore, and the famous Borromean Islands are 20 km away.

The property is located on a hill. You have to walk down 300m inside the private park to reach the village (500m away).

The price includes :

The price does not include :

Breaking deposit (recoverable): 1000 euro
Final cleaning (obligatory): 250 euro

Visitor's tax: check on arrival if it is due
