The villa consists of: on the ground floor elegant stairs and corridors lead to a comfortable living room with fireplace, piano and a very large TV with surround sound system, a sitting area with a colourful veranda, a dining room and a modern fully equipped kitchen. Toilets.
The first floor offers 3 bedrooms (one large suite and 2 double bedrooms) and 2 bathrooms (one large bathroom with shower and one smaller one with shower). A large terrace with sun loungers and parasols provides an ideal space to relax in the shade.
The 2nd floor offers 3 bedrooms (one large suite, one double bedroom, one large single bedroom) and 2 bathrooms (one large bathroom with stand-up bath and shower and one smaller bathroom with shower).
In the basement there is a wine fridge with a selection of red and white wines (available for purchase) and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

Villa Magnolia is set in a private park of 3400 m² with a Mediterranean garden with cypress and palm trees, orange and lemon trees, a romantic gazebo and plenty of space for various activities and games, as well as relaxation areas. The beautiful pool area with the large swimming pool includes comfortable umbrellas and loungers.

The property is located along the lakeside promenade, opposite the port of Cannero Riviera, on the shores of Lake Maggiore. Everything in this charming village is ideally located within walking distance of the villa, from the cobbled streets of the small centre with its good restaurants and shops, to the sunny beach where water sports activities await you. Board one of the ferries and explore Lake Maggiore and its fascinating islands, from Italy to Switzerland. Nearby are the towns of Cannobio (7 km) and Verbania (13 km), or Ascona and Locarno (23 km) in Switzerland. Visit the famous Piedmontese vineyards and the romantic Lake Orta and walk in the surrounding mountains and valleys.
