Attractive holiday villa with a big private pool located in the heart of the Orcia valley within easy driving distance of Pienza and Montepulciano which is famous for its wine. Surrounded by rolling countryside planted with oak and cypress trees it is an excellent base for visiting the historic sights of the area such as Siena.

Villa accommodation covering 170 m² for 8 people, 3 bedrooms 2 shower rooms, wifi.

There is a very spacious living and dining room 90 m² with a double sofa bed and a billiards table as well as a fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, oven, gas hob, refrigerator etc.). Double bedroom and a twin bedroom. Another double bedroom with access to the garden and two shower rooms with toilets.

The pleasant grounds cover 1000 m² and there is a twelve-metre-long swimming pool with loungers on the surrounding lawn for enjoying the sun. There is also a barbecue area and garden furniture for eating outdoors whilst enjoying the views of the Tuscan countryside.

Contignano 3 km. Chianciano Terme 15 km for a range of shops. Montepulciano 20 km. Pienza 15 km. Siena 60 km.
