About this holiday rental

Beautiful converted farmhouse offering attractive holiday accommodation along with a large swimming pool set in lovely grounds commanding splendid views of the Tuscan countryside. Shops and restaurants in Dicomano 4.5km. Florence 38km. Riding available locally.

The upper floor has three double bedrooms and three twin bedrooms (2 x 90cm wide beds in each). Two of theses bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with shower and toilet. The others have shared use of a third bathroom with shower and toilet.

The ground floor has a spacious living and dining room with satellite television. Fully equipped kitchen. Double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Storage room and toilet.

The interior is light and airy with traditional style, comfortable furnishings and up to date fittings. An extra single bed is available for an extra person at a supplement of 150€ per week payable locally. Baby cot available on request.

The enclosed garden has a twelve-metre long pool (open beginning of May to end September) with a small children's section (3m x 3m and 0.75cm deep). There is plenty of garden furniture as well as a barbeque and parking on the grounds.

The price includes :

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Linen and towels (not beach towels) provided and changed once a week. Water Garden and swimming pool maintenance. Saturday arrival 15.00 to 19.00, depart before 10.00.

The price does not include :

Refundable deposit 600€ payable locally.
Obligatory final clean 300 €.
pets: 30.00€ per pet
Tourist tax (mandatory): 2.00€ per person per day
