Built in the 17th century on a former convent, the Villa has beautiful architectural and decorative elements, antiques and high ceilings, combined with modern facilities. This authentic property will impress you with its charm and nostalgia.

It consists of a main villa (600 m²) with 6 bedrooms and a separate guest house with two flats (80 m² each):
The main villa has a comfortable living room on the ground floor, opening onto the outdoor terrace, a toilet and a spacious kitchen. You can enjoy your meals outside on the terrace at the front of the villa or on the lovely central patio inside.
On the first floor you will find a studio with desk and computer and a staircase leading to a mezzanine bedroom with two single beds, a bedroom overlooking the lake with two single beds, a bathroom with shower, a living room with TV and video games, the master bedroom overlooking the lake with a double bed, a bathroom with bathtub and shower (bathroom accessible from both bedrooms), a bedroom overlooking the inner patio with two single beds. This last room is accessible either from the patio or from the previous bedroom and bathroom.
On the second floor, two bedrooms lead to a balcony with a breathtaking view of the lake. There is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Please note that these rooms can only be accessed through the previous rooms.
The independent guest house can be rented as an option and consists of two simpler flats - one on the ground floor and one on the first floor - each with a small living room with sofa and fridge (no cooking facilities), a bedroom and a bathroom.

The beautiful terraced garden (1.5 hectares) is unique in that it is divided into four sections (Italian, English, French and Japanese) and is home to unique peonies, azellias and camellias, as well as valuable trees including Japanese maples, cedars, chestnuts and a spectacular camphor tree. Walking down the garden, guests arrive at the swimming pool and terrace with its sun loungers and recliners, and a shower to cool off on the hottest days.

The Villa is located in the village of Baveno, close (600 m) to the local shops and the lake promenade, overlooking the magical Borromean Islands. Board any ferry to visit these beautiful islands and explore more of Lake Maggiore. From the train station you can easily reach the centre of Milan for a day of shopping. Baveno is located in the centre of Lake Maggiore, right next to the town of Stresa (4 km), the most popular tourist destination on the lake and close to Intra Verbania.

The price includes :

Water, gas, electricity, daily cleaning (6x per week), bed linen and bath and pool towels (weekly change), open fireplace, ceiling fans, wireless internet, satellite TV, playstation, washing machine, dishwasher, cot and high chair, garden, barbecue, swimming pool (size 18 x 6 m, depth 1,4m), outdoor shower with hot water, parking.

The price does not include :
