San Bono is a lovely NEW villa with private pool sleeping up to nine people, it is in the Tuscan countryside near Torrita di Siena. Restaurant in Abbadia 2km. Shops in Montepulciano 6km. Siena 65km. Florence 105km. Pisa airport 179km.

The upper floor (accessed only via outside steps) has a sitting room. Double bedroom with en-suite shower room. Further double bedroom, single bedroom (1 x 90cm wide bed) and a shower room. Access to balcony with views of the countryside.

The ground floor has a comfortable living and dining room with fireplace and television. Open-plan, fully equipped kitchen. Double bedroom, twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds) and a shower room.

The interior decor is light and neutral whilst furnishings are comfortable, overall the style is traditional and in keeping with a Tuscan country house whilst offering practical holiday accommodation.

The garden is lovely and tranquil, the fenced pool is twelve metres long so you can have a really good swim. There is plenty of garden furniture and a built in barbeque for cooking outdoors.

The price includes :

Private pool is open from 01/05 to 30/09.
Property cleaned and supplied with bed linen and bathroom towels with weekly change.
One baby bed (for children up to 3 years) on request at time of booking.
Electricity, hot and cold water.

The price does not include :

Breakage deposit Euro 300 (payable in cash on your arrival and held by the owner for the duration of your stay).
Obligatory final cleaning Euro 160.
Heating Euro 6 per m3 (if used).
Wood for fireplace Euro 15 each 100 kg (if used).
Tourist tax Euro 1 per person per day, children up to 12 years do not pay.
Small size pets are welcome on payment of Euro 5 each per day
Swimming towels available on request on payment of Euro 3 each.
