Situated in the heart of the Modican countryside, this ancient farmhouse dating back to the beginning of the last century has been restored preserving its structure and architectural characteristics of traditional Sicilian rural houses.

It offers 7 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, a huge swimming pool of 9*19m.

15 minutes from Modica and about half an hour from the beaches.

The property consists of a main house and 3 outbuildings.

The main house consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining room, a reading room and a refined living room heated by a large central fireplace and furnished with an old billiard table. Three double bedrooms, each with independent bathroom (two with shower and one with jacuzzi) On the mezzanine there is a reading and meditation corner.

A first outbuilding consists of a double room with independent bathroom and another double room and a single room with shared bathroom.

The second outbuilding has spacious and bright rooms. It has a kitchenette, a large double bedroom and a large bathroom with shower (adapted for the elderly and disabled).

The last outbuilding is in fact a large fully equipped kitchen-dining room with a wood-burning oven and charcoal barbecue. Decorated with period furniture that makes it cosy and characteristic, the large summer kitchen-dining room is separated from the outside by electronic shutters, so that it can be easily closed or opened, depending on whether you wish to use it during the winter months or make it an ideal space for unforgettable lunches and dinners outdoors once the summer season arrives.

Next to the summer kitchen there is a corner bar overlooking the large swimming pool (17 metres by 9.5 metres, with a depth of 1.30 metres to 3 metres), which can be accessed by a stone staircase. It is surrounded by a spacious solarium, itself surrounded by a large green lawn with palm and olive trees, as well as fruit trees, including lemons, oranges and pomegranates. Beautiful barbecue area with stone seats.
