Beautiful villa in Ostuni, surrounded by centuries-old olive trees and with a splendid swimming pool. It is located 3 km from the Adriatic coast and the beach of Rosa Marina. The charming house with its minimalist furniture has been renovated and equipped with all modern comforts.

It is suitable for 4 persons and consists of a bright living room with dining area and kitchenette, a sitting room with TV and a mezzanine with sofa bed for 2 persons. The villa is completed by the master bedroom and the bathroom with shower. Each room is air-conditioned.

It is also equipped with a good sound system and an internet connection. Outside, the villa is set in a garden of 10000M2 with Mediterranean essences, a swimming pool of 12X5 and a barbecue area completes the ensemble. Parking space for 7 cars and plenty of garden furniture (table, chairs, deckchair).

The main characteristic of Casale Cimino is its position: only 3 km from the sandy beaches of Ostuni (Rosa Marina, White Beach Club in Monticelli and Baia di Camerini) and 4 km from Villanova, with its supermarkets, shops and restaurants. The most famous town, Ostuni, with its beautiful historical centre, is only 9 kilometres away.
