About this holiday rental

Modern villa with private pool and garden, located just 200 metres from the sea at Carovigno. The villa is newly built and features modern, minimalist-style furnishings. It is elegantly furnished and offers the main facilities: internet, washing machine, dishwasher, safe, video surveillance system. It sleeps from 2 to 5 people and small pets are welcome.

The interior is functional and modern. The air-conditioned living room is large and bright, with a dining area and open-plan kitchen (dishwasher). It also has a TV. The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom, a bedroom with two bunk beds, a bedroom with a sofa bed (120cm) and a bathroom (shower).

Outside there is an additional bathroom (shower) with access to the swimming pool.

The outdoor areas are elegant and well-maintained. The pool and villa are surrounded by lawns, equipped with sun loungers and parasols. An attractive rear veranda, furnished for al fresco dining, provides shade and coolness on hot summer days. Here you can prepare delicious barbecues.

The Villa is located in Pantanagianni, marina of Carovigno, 200 metres from a beautiful sandy beach with low rocks, accessible on foot.

Just a few kilometres from the villa is the Torre Guaceto nature reserve, a protected natural oasis. The villages of the Itria Valley, renowned for their beauty, historic centres, crafts and eno-gastronomic culture, are also within easy reach.
