Very well-located Algarve villa with a heated private pool situated just 200 metres from the centre of Carvoeiro and 1 km walk from the beach, set in a peaceful area.

Villa accommodation covering 180 m² on 3 floors for 10 people, 4 bedrooms, 5 bath/shower rooms, air conditioning, satellite television, wifi.

The ground floor of the house has a spacious living and dining room which opens onto the pool area. Beautiful fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, refrigerator etc.). Two bedrooms and two shower rooms.

The upper floor has a big parental suite with a bathroom and a balcony terrace.

The lower floor is ideal for children and it has a bedroom with bunk beds and a shower room as well as a games room with table football.

The grounds cover 1000 m² and there is a ten-metre-long swimming pool which can be heated on request for a supplement (Pool: open all year, it can be heated (optional, for 150 € per week from 01/11 to 01/05). There are sun loungers for relaxing poolside and garden furniture for eating outdoors. Parking space for a number of cars within the garden limits.

Restaurant/bar 200 metres. Supermarket 1 km. Praia de Carvoeiro beach 1 km. Vale de Milho golf 2.5 km. Pestana Gramacho golf 4.5 km. Faro airport 62 km.

The price does not include :

Security deposit 300 euros to be made by bank card slip to Villas du Monde (not cashed unless required).

Pool: open all year, it can be heated (optional, for 150 euros per week from 01/11 to 01/05).

Depending on the country, the region or the town, a tourist tax can be applicable, which is payable either on-site or before your departure. The amount will vary for an adult between 0.50€ and 2.50€ per day. Depending on the local administrations, the exact amount is often known only late on and occasionally it can rise between when you make your reservation and the day of your entry in the property.
