About this holiday rental

Delightful country property comprised of three houses in total which share a large swimming pool and grounds. Ponte de Lima 8km. Porto is around 45 minutes by car. Beach 40km. River 8km. Ponte de Lima and Ponte de Barca 8km. Restaurants and supermarkets 8km.

The Casa Frutada dates back to the 18th century, it is an annexe of the main house. The whole property used to be a wine-growing farm.

The upper floor has a double bedroom with en-suite shower room. Two twin bedrooms (2 x 90cm wide beds in each) and a bathroom.

The ground floor has a spacious living and dining area with fireplace and cable television. Beautiful kitchen which is fully equipped with all you require for successful self-catering.

The interior decor colours are warm and colourful, furnishings are comfortable, the stone walls and original features offer plenty of character to the interior.

The garden area is vast and the twelve-metre long pool is ideal for a good swim. The pool is shared with the residents of the SPV809 which can be rented together with the SPV611 if you have a large group.

Situated on the north-west coast of Portugal the Costa Verde has plenty to offer, there are beautiful beaches, a thriving Port industry with vineyards stretching for miles over the hilly countryside as well as a rich history manifest in churches and castles of roman, gothic and baroque styles.

There are lots of water sports options along the coast and food lovers can delight in the seafood, fresh fish, gastronomic desserts and fine wines of the area.

The price includes :

The provision of the property fully prepared and equipped, provision of services including water, electricity and gas. Gardener and pool maintenance. Bed linen and towels (bath towel and hand towel) supplied and renewed once a week for holidays more than one week long (unless specified otherwise in the villa description). Final clean included. Changeover day Saturday. Arrival from 17h to 20h and departure latest 09h30.
