Villa Chalente is an attractive villa with spacious rooms and a private pool (which can be heated for a supplement), ideal for a family holiday. In the vicinity of the villa, the Aroeira golf resort has an 18-hole golf course as well as four tennis courts, a communal tropical pool and a commercial centre with bars, snack bars and restaurants. Fonta da Telha beach is an easy 5 km drive.

Villa accommodation covering 170 m² all on one level for 9 people, 4 bedrooms, 3 bath/shower rooms, wifi.

The ground floor of the house has a very spacious living and dining room 73 m² and a modern fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, American fridge/freezer etc.). Double bedroom (150 cm x 200 bed) with en-suite bathroom. Double bedroom (160 cm x 200 bed) with en-suite shower room. Triple bedroom (with two 90 cm x 190 beds and a single sofa bed). Twin bedroom (single bed and a pull-out single bed) with no window. Shower room.

The nice flat grounds cover 1500 m² and there is a nine-metre-long swimming pool (which can be heated on request for 20 euros per day) surrounded by lawn with sweet-smelling mature pines offering natural shade. There are loungers for relaxing poolside and a barbecue and garden furniture for eating outdoors. Parking space within the garden limits.
