Villa accommodation covering 180 m² on two floors for 9 people, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, billiards, air conditioning, satellite television, wifi.

The ground floor has an exceptionally light and airy living and dining room with a raised platform and access to the covered patio terrace via large patio doors making it really easy to eat outdoors. Fully equipped modern kitchen (with dishwasher, oven, microwave etc.). Two double bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet. Delightful gallery with reading area and study.

The upper floor has a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and toilet.

The lower basement floor has a spacious triple bedroom with a double and a single bed.

The garden covers 1500 m² and has a nine-metre-long swimming pool. There are two sun loungers, garden table and chairs and a barbecue. There is parking space for several cars.

Lisbon airport 60 km. Shops are within hundreds of metres. Supermarket 1 km. The nearby beaches have water sports facilities including surfing, kite surf and windsurfing, there is also a fitness centre and spa as well as very nice small seaside restaurants. Lisbon centre is 45 minutes drive. Golf course and tennis 10 km.
