Villa collina, a typical Portuguese villa, is located 3 km from the beautiful town of Sesimbra with its beautiful beaches and famous seafood restaurants.

About 170 m2, it consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a large living room with fireplace and the laundry.wc.

The night area has: a suite with double bed and private bathroom with bathtub, air conditioning, balcony with sea view, a bedroom with 2 single beds that can be converted into 1 double bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 child's bed, and a bedroom with double bed and 1 sofa bed for 1 child. The suite has a balcony with a small table that offers a wonderful view of nature, it is the only room with air conditioning.

Outside, there is a large private swimming pool of 6 x 12 m and a large garden with trees and grass on the covered terrace, ideal for enjoying barbecues, a table football is available in the villa.  The villa is located 3 km from the beautiful town of Sesimbra, an ancient fishing village that has become a popular holiday destination with beautiful beaches and superb seafood restaurants. The Serra da Arrábida with an incredible panoramic road and Castelo the Sesimbra, a castle built in the 11th century, are well worth a visit. Praia do Ouro beach: 3.5 km, restaurant: 1 km, pharmacy: 1 km, ATM: 1 km, bus stop: 1 km, market: 1 km, Lisbon: 38 km, Lisbon Airport: 43 km.
