Well located villa with a heatable private swimming pool, just 1 km from the beach, shops and restaurants, near Carvoeiro in the Algarve.

Villa Mimo is all on one level, for 6 people, 3 bedrooms, 2 bath/shower rooms, wifi.

The accommodation comprises a living and dining room along with a fully equipped kitchen. Two twin bedrooms (each with 2 x 90 cm wide beds which can push together). Bathroom. Another twin bedroom (2 x 90 cm wide beds which can push together) with en suite shower room.

The attractive garden covers 800 m² and is surrounded by walls. the eight-metre long pool can be heated for a supplement. There are a covered patio terrace, garden furniture and a barbeque. You can park your car on the grounds and leave it there for the rest of your holiday if you like.

The price does not include :

Security deposit: 500 € which must be paid in cash on arrival.
Pool heating for an additional 305 euros per week.
Under floor heating: € 305 per week

Depending on the local administrations, the exact amount is often known only late on and occasionally it can rise between when you make your reservation and the day of your entry in the property.
