About this holiday rental

Superb contemporary top-end villa with magnificent sea views for fourteen people, situated in Cascais (11 km from the centre) west of Lisbon, 7 km from the beach. The modern and sophisticated interior is light and spacious and there is a big private swimming pool which can be heated for a supplement. Cascais and Sintra are both UNESCO listed and offer a range of excellent water sports and activities depending on which beach you choose.

Villa accommodation covering 220 m² on 3 floors for 14 people (price shown is for 12), 5 bedrooms, 5 bath/shower rooms, air conditioning, wifi.

The ground floor of the house has a spacious living and dining room along with an open plan fully equipped modern kitchen (with dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, 2 refrigerators etc.) all opening via patio doors to the patio terrace and pool deck. Twin bedroom (2 x 90 cm wide beds) with en-suite bathroom. Toilet.

The upper floor has a master double bedroom (200 cm x 200 bed) with access to the terrace with sea views, en-suite bathroom with bath and walk-in shower. Small fitness area.

The lower floor has a double bedroom (200 cm x 200 bed) and a bathroom. Twin bedroom (2 x 90 cm wide beds) with access to the terrace, en-suite bathroom with bath and shower.

Outside access to the exterior master suite which has a double bed (200 cm x 200) and en-suite shower room with walk-in shower and sea views.

NOTE: The price shown is for 12 people.
1 additional folding bed of 100 cm by 200 for the 11th and 12th person is free.
2 extra beds for the 13th and 14th person are available for 15 euros per night and per person. They can be placed in rooms with single beds or in the exterior master suite.

The grounds cover 1500 m² and there is a twelve-metre-long swimming pool (which can be heated for a supplement of 30 euros per day, though temperatures will always depend to some extent on the weather even with a powerful heat pump) with surrounding deck and fantastic sea views. Sun loungers are available for relaxing poolside and there is a barbecue and garden furniture for eating outdoors and comfortable seats for enjoying a drink.

The price does not include :

The security deposit of 1500 euros must be made by bank card slip to Villas du Monde (not cashed unless required) or by bank transfer.
Central heating optional: 30 euros per day
Pool heating optional: 30 euros per day (must pre-order).
Please note that changes in pool water temperature are somewhat dependent on weather conditions, even with a powerful heat pump.
Extra bed for the 13th and 14th persons: 20 euros per night per person.

Depending on the country, the region or the town, a tourist tax can be applicable, which is payable either on-site or before your departure. The amount will vary for an adult between 0.50€ and 2.50€ per day. Depending on the local administrations, the exact amount is often known only late on and occasionally it can rise between when you make your reservation and the day of your entry in the property.
