Delightful, good value, air-conditioned, semi-detached villa with private pool and garden terrace. Well located in Garrao (Almancil area) just 500 metres from local shops and restaurants. Sandy beach 1.5km, which is around 15 to 20 minutes if you choose to walk. Golf 3km. Almancil centre 5km. Faro 3km.

The upper floor has a double bedroom (1 x 160cm wide bed) with en-suite shower room. Twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds) and en-suite shower room.  

The ground floor has a light and airy living and dining room with fireplace, satellite television and patio doors leading to the pool terrace. Fully equipped kitchen. Twin bedroom (1 x 90cm wide beds) and a bathroom. 

The lower floor has a sitting area, twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds) and a shower room. Overall the villa is modern, comfortable with pleasant pastel décor. There is air conditioning in the living and dining room and all the bedrooms. 

The pool is surrounded by a patio terrace complemented by a barbeque and garden furniture. Steps to a sun terrace with views.

There are a number of championship golf courses in the area within 10 minutes drive and the Vilamoura golf links are around 20 minutes in the car. A tennis academy with a number of tennis courts, horse riding, surfing and cycling facilities are all close by along with Barrington's spa and leisure centre which has beauty salons, hairdressers etc. A range of quality restaurants is within close proximity. Good shopping facilities are available in Vale do Lobo and Almancil.
