About this holiday rental

Attractive villa set in vast, peaceful, enclosed grounds with a huge private swimming pool. Located in a village near the beach at Meia Praia 2 km just a short drive from Lagos 4 km. Local shops 600 metres, restaurants 4 km, Palmares golf 2 km. This is an exceptional property.

The first floor has a master double bedroom (1 x 140 cm wide bed) with fireplace and a bathroom incorporated into the bedroom. Gallery with reading room/library.

The ground floor has a large entrance hall, a beautiful living room with fireplace with access to the terrace. Fully equipped kitchen diner opening to the terrace. Three twin bedrooms (2 x 90 cm wide beds) each with en-suite shower room (two of the rooms open to the garden.

The accommodation is spacious and homely. Well furnished and comfortable. Young children are not permitted as the gallery and large garden is deemed unsuitable by the owner.

The grounds are extensive with beautiful lawns interspersed with mimosa, laurel and palm trees. There is a fantastic 14-metre pool for a really good swim.

The price includes :

The provision of the property fully prepared and equipped, provision of services including water, electricity and gas. Gardener and pool maintenance, the final clean. Bed linen and towels (bath towel and hand towel) supplied and renewed each week (unless specified otherwise in the villa description). Cleaning six mornings a week. Final clean included.

The price does not include :

House heating during holiday periods outside July or August. A cash deposit of €1000 (or equivalent). Extra beds supplement of €60 per bed per week.

Depending on the country, region or city, you may (or may not) be asked to pay a tourist tax directly on site by the corresponding owner. The amount varies widely from country to country, from 1 euro per day per adult over 18, up to an amount that can vary from 1 to 10.
