This 4-bedroom all-suite villa is set in a quiet area and with golf front. It is a simple house with a calm feeling. Able to provide a scenery with all the necessary ingredients for a pleasant family holiday.

The bedrooms and bathrooms are configured as follows: • Ground Floor - Bedroom with 2 single beds with private bathroom • Ground Floor - Bedroom with 2 single beds with private bathroom adapted for wheelchairs • Ground Floor - Bedroom with 2 single beds with private bathroom with bathtub • 1st Floor - Bedroom with double bed with private bathroom with bathtub All the bedrooms have air conditioning.

The house has a very spacious kitchen, fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and other indispensable accessories. The living room is also very spacious and with easy access to the outdoor dining area, with a broadband internet connection with Wi-Fi, TV with Portuguese and English spoken channels. The garden overlooks the "Old Course" golf in Vilamoura, with plenty of privacy and close to the resort amenities, this villa is suitable for families and groups of friends who seek to relax under the Sun.

The exterior has an oval pool about 8 meters long by 4 wide and depths between 0.8 and 2 meters deep and. We supply pool heating at 48h before arrival, at an additional cost. This service is provided between April and October, however if the minimum temperatures are not suitable to provide this services it might be decline. There is an outdoor dining area shaded by a porch that becomes quite cool in summer. This area is served by a portable BBQ.
