A pretty recent air-conditioned villa with private enclosed swimming pool located in the Algarve, in a small village close to Armaçao de Pera, ideally situated for a festive holiday, on foot from the beaches, very close to the shops and all amenities.

Pleasantly arranged, the villa has a living room, a separate fully equipped kitchen and four bedrooms, two with double bed and two with two single beds each, all with bathroom and air-conditioned, all included. Classic and comfortable furniture.

In the enclosed, grassy garden, there is a terrace area with a hardwood barbecue, garden furniture and sunbeds. The swimming pool is pleasantly exposed, with a surface area of approximately 40m2 and a depth of 2 to 1m,40.

Ideally located in the small village of Alporchinhos, which borders Armaçao de Pera, you can walk to one of the four beaches: Praia da Cova Redonda beach: 1.2 km, Praia dos Tremocos beach: 1.2 km, Praia de Nossa Senhora da Rocha beach: 1.2 km, Praia Nova beach: 1.3 km, Praia da Beijinhos beach: 1.5 km. Also, shops and restaurants are located less than 400m from the villa.
