Spacious and pleasant villa for 14 people, located in the Aroeira Golf Resort, it is only 4 km from beautiful beaches and 25 km from Lisbon. 2 golf courses, 4 tennis courts, a shopping area, bars and restaurants are all within the resort.

The villa consists of a large, bright and spacious living/dining room, a fully equipped independent kitchen and a large playroom for children or adults with table tennis table. The night area offers 6 bedrooms arranged as follows: 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 suite with double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, 1 bedroom with double bed 1 bathroom with shower. Air conditioning in the rooms on this floor. The lower floor consists of a bedroom with 4 single beds, without air conditioning, 1 bathroom with shower and the games room with table tennis and laundry. Outside there is a private swimming pool 8 m x 4 m in the heart of a beautiful garden with trees and grass and a large terrace above the pool, abundant garden furniture (table, chairs, and 10 deckchairs). Several parking spaces inside the property.
