With a surface area of approximately 140 m2, the villa is partly on one level and consists of a well-equipped independent kitchen (gas cooker with oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee machine), a living room with a 3-seater sofa, flat-screen TV, internet connection, and a dining room with table and chairs for 6 people, which has access to the covered terrace and the garden.

The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a 160 cm bed on the ground floor with a shower room and toilet in the hallway, two bedrooms on the first floor, one with 3 single beds and the other with two single beds.  toilet. The whole villa is air-conditioned.

The villa has been refurbished and partly renovated in 2020, with modern furniture. The decoration is partly contemporary. Outside, a garden of about 800 m2 surrounds the house and is decorated with Mediterranean plants and palm trees.

Outside the villa, there is a 5m x 4m square swimming pool with deckchairs and garden furniture, the terrace is ideal for enjoying meals outside, possibility to park two cars in the property. Electric gate.

Unless otherwise indicated, our villas are located at a maximum of 10/15 minutes from the sandy beach of Arenal, bordered by all the shops, bars and restaurants. Our reception office is located 150 m from the Arenal beach.

The price includes :

The provision of fully equipped accommodation; water, gas and electricity consumption (except heating and air conditioning); maintenance of the garden and swimming pool; internet.

The price does not include :

Breaking deposit of 800€ not cashable by credit card or cash.

The following services are to be paid on site in cash.
Compulsory service :
Compulsory fixed price cleaning: 140 euros to be paid on the spot in cash
Fixed price of 100 euros per week, for the air conditioning (compulsory from mid June to mid September).

Optional services :
- Linen: beds made on arrival - one large and one small towel per person - two tea towels. You must request this before your arrival - 15 euros per person per stay to be paid on the spot in cash.
On request: high chair (50 euros per stay), baby bed (50 euros per stay).

Depending on the country, the region or the town, a tourist tax can be applicable, which is payable either on-site or before your departure. The amount will vary for an adult between 0.50€ and 2.50€ per day. Depending on the local administrations, the exact amount is often known only late on and occasionally it can rise between when you make your reservation and the day of your entry in the property.
