About this holiday rental

Pleasant holiday house with garden and private swimming pool located 8km from the beach and centre of Lloret de Mar in the Spanish Costa Brava. The nearest shops and restaurants are 7km. Golf 3km.

The accommodation comprises a light and airy living and dining room with television. Open-plan, fully equipped kitchen. Two double bedrooms (2 x 140cm wide beds in each) and two twin bedrooms (2 x 90cm wide beds in each). Bathroom with toilet.

The decor is plain and simple, the furnishings comfortable and the fittings relatively modern.

The garden has lawns and a good sized pool complemented by plenty of garden furniture and a barbeque for cooking outdoors. You can park up to three cars on the grounds.

The price includes :

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Garden and swimming pool maintenance. Change-over day is Saturday, arrival time 16.00 – 20.00, departure by 10.00.

The price does not include :

Refundable deposit payable locally in cash 300€. Linen can be hired for 8€ per person, towels 8€ per person. Obligatory final clean payable locally 95€- Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking. Cot available on request 35€ per week. Extra bed: 80€/week.

Depending on the country, region or city, you may (or may not) be asked to pay a tourist tax directly on site by the corresponding owner. The amount varies widely from country to country, from 1 euro per day per adult over 18, up to an amount that can vary from 1 to 10.
