Beautiful sea view in Javea, nice holiday house with private pool, in the residential area Costa Nova Panorama, 4km from the main beach of Javea, a very nice holiday villa for 8 people with private pool.

Air conditioning, panoramic sea views, private pool, summer kitchen (sink, barbecue), high speed wifi internet (fibre optic), smart-TV.

The villa is about 200m2 and consists of two independent parts. On the upper floor there is a large air-conditioned living/dining room with large windows offering panoramic views over the bay of Jávea, a new fully equipped kitchen (oven, steamer, Nespresso coffee machine...), two bedrooms, one with three single beds and the other with a double bed, both air-conditioned, a bathroom and a separate toilet.

The lower floor, at pool level, offers two bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with a double bed, a bathroom with WC, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with tv and access to the pool complete the set.

Both bedrooms as well as the living and dining room are equipped with air conditioning.

Outside there is a garden with trees, a very large terrace (100m2) with pergola and summer kitchen with sink and barbecue, as well as the 8x4 swimming pool.

Garden furniture (table, chair, deckchair). Parking for one car.

Please note that the ninth person must be a child under 12 years old.

Golf and tennis at 5 km, shops at 2 km. In the north: Denia 10 km, Valencia 118 km. In the south: Benidorm 50 km, Alicante 87 km.

The price does not include :

The deposit of 800 euros, which cannot be cashed in, must be left at our agency: credit card imprint or cash.
The following services are to be paid on the spot at your arrival and in cash.

- Cleaning: compulsory fixed price of 200 euros.
-Air conditioning: 150 euros per week.
Optional, to be ordered in advance (at least one week):
- Linen: beds made on arrival two towels, one large and one small, tea towels: 15 euros per person per stay.
- On request: high chair (50 euros per stay), baby bed (50 euros per stay), extra bed if accepted in the villa (80 euros per week), pets (50 euros per pet per stay)...

Depending on the country, region or city, you may (or may not) be asked to pay a tourist tax directly on site by the corresponding owner. The amount varies widely from country to country, from 1 euro per day per adult over 18, up to an amount that can vary from 1 to 10.
