Nice holiday villa in Javea on the Costa Blanca with private pool at only 4 km from the beach and 2 km from the nearest shops.

It has a surface area of 150 m2 and consists on the first floor of an open plan kitchen with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, cutlery, kitchen utensils and coffee machine, as well as a living room with dining area, internet access (wifi), satellite TV (Languages: French), central heating, air conditioning and lovely views of the Montgo, the sea and the surrounding countryside.

The sleeping area, also on this level, consists of three double bedrooms with two shower rooms and toilets.

On the ground floor you will also find a shower room. (Part of the ground floor is enclosed and unoccupied).

Outside, a garden of 1000 m2 with a nice swimming pool of 10X5, garden furniture, covered and uncovered terrace, outdoor parking,

The rental is located 2 km from the supermarket, 3 km from the golf course of Javea, 4 km from the sandy beach, 6 km from the village, and it is located in a quiet area near the sea.

The price does not include :

The deposit of 800 euros, which cannot be cashed in, must be left at our agency: credit card imprint or cash.
The following services are to be paid on the spot at your arrival and in cash:

- Cleaning: compulsory fixed price of 150 euros to be paid on site.
- Air conditioning: fixed price of 95 euros per week.
Optional, to be ordered in advance (at least one week before your arrival):
- Linen: beds made on arrival two towels, one large and one small, tea towels: 15 euros per person per stay.
- On request: high chair (50 euros per stay), baby bed (50 euros per stay), extra bed if accepted in the villa (80 euros per stay), internet key (45 euros), pets (50 euros per pet per stay)

Depending on the country, region or city, you may (or may not) be asked to pay a tourist tax directly on site by the corresponding owner. The amount varies widely from country to country, from 1 euro per day per adult over 18, up to an amount that can vary from 1 to 10.
