About this holiday rental

Modern air conditioned holiday house with a private swimming pool and child-friendly lawned garden. Located 500 metres from the Aigua Gelida beach, shops and restaurants in Tamariu centre on the Costa Brava in Spain. The Villa Altas sleeps up to eight people and is well suited to two families sharing. Palafrugell 4km. Begur 7km. Gerona airport 45km.

The upper floor has a double bedroom with its own bathroom and balcony. Two twin bedrooms (2 x 90cm wide beds in each) and a bathroom, with shared balcony.

The ground floor has a living and dining room, with wood burner and television, which opens directly onto the terrace. Fully equipped kitchen with all you need for a self-catering holiday. Twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds) and a shower room.

The interior décor is very attractive, everything is modern and in excellent order. Furnishings are stylish and comfortable.

The garden is very pleasant, with large lawns and a good supply of garden furniture for reclining by the pool or eating outside. There is a garage for parking.

Steps lead directly from the villa down to the centre of the charming seaside village of Tamariu where you will find lovely restaurants and bars overlooking the sea and charming bay.

The price includes :

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified below), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity (not including heating). Garden and swimming pool maintenance. Linen provided (bed sheets and bath towels). Change-over day is Friday, arrival time 16.00 – 20.00, departure by 10.00. Pets are not permitted.

The price does not include :

Refundable deposit - credit card slip. Tourist tax of 0.45€ per person per day payable locally. Heating for the house. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking. Extra beds supplement of 6€ per bed per day. USB Internet device available for hire 50€ per week (not MAC compatible).

The amount varies widely from country to country, from 1 euro per day per adult over 18, up to an amount that can vary from 1 to 10.
