Villa with a pool in Javea for up to seven people. Located 3 km from the main Arenal sandy beach and the centre town. Golf 4 km. Supermarket 2 km. Pebble beach 3 km.

The accommodation comprises a double bedroom and two twin bedrooms. Three bathrooms. There are a fully equipped kitchen and a living and dining room with sofa bed, satellite television and internet access.

The interior is light and airy with comfortable, modern furnishings. There is air conditioning in some of the bedrooms. A large covered terrace offers the perfect spot for relaxing and dining outdoors, with a built in barbeque nearby, overlooking a beautiful pool and the mountains beyond. Poll can be heated for a supplement of 30 euros per day in low/mid season).

The enclosed garden is nice and peaceful, there is a good supply of garden furniture and parking on the grounds for three cars.

The price includes :

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes, reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Garden and swimming pool maintenance. Change-over day is Saturday, arrival time 16.00 to 19.00, departure before 10.00.

The price does not include :

Refundable deposit €300 payable locally by credit card slip, euro cheque or cash. Obligatory final clean payable locally 150€. Air-conditioning payable locally 105€ per week. Linen supplied at 12 euros per kit (per person) payable locally. Each kit comprises bed linen, 1 shower towel, 1 hand towel, 1 dishcloth per person. Heating for the house (if used). Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and catering. Pet supplement of €60 per stay per animal where they are allowed, as stated in the property description. Extra beds or person supplement of €70 per bed per week. Cot and/or high chair available for hire on request 50€ per week payable locally. Pet supplement 50€.
