Attractive modern holiday house with a private swimming pool a huge covered terrace and garden. Located in the Aigua Viva Park area of Lloret de Mar 9km from the beautiful beaches of the Spanish Costa Brava the villa Brisamar sleeps up to ten people. Gerona airport 31km.

The accommodation comprises a living and dining room with television. Functional, modern kitchen. Double bedroom and three twin bedrooms (2 x 90cm wide beds in each). Bunk bedroom (2 x 80cm wide bunk beds). Two bathrooms. There is a very large covered terrace for sitting and eating outside.

The interior décor is nice and neutral and the furnishings practical and comfortable.

The garden has lawns by the pool and there is a further large terrace on the upper level. There is a good supply of garden furniture.

The price includes :

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (except tourist tax detailed below), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Garden and swimming pool maintenance. Change-over day is Saturday, arrival time 16.00 – 20.00, departure by 10.00.

The price does not include :

Compulsory final cleaning: €135.
Deposit (credit card imprint): €300.
Tourist tax payable on site (approx. €1.75/day per adult - maximum 7 days).

On request :
Extra bed: €80 per week
Cot: €35 per week.
Bed linen: €8 per person.
Towels (1 large + 1 small): €8 per person.
Pets allowed: €35 per week.
