Waterside holiday villa with private pool accommodates up to six people on the Spanish Costa Dorada and commands stunning, uninterrupted sea views. A real pearl!

The upper floor has three air-conditioned double bedrooms. Bathroom with hydro-massage bath and a shower room.

The ground floor has a tastefully furnished living and dining room with air-conditioning which has super views. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for successful self-catering and it opens onto the patio terrace. Double bedroom without air-conditioning.

The interior is light and airy and thanks to the large patio door windows you can enjoy the fabulous views from inside the house.

The overflow effect of the swimming pool offers the perfect perspective of the sea and you can enjoy a barbeque and eat outdoors and lap up the views. The property is set in a cul de sac so it is nice and peaceful and best of all at the bottom of the garden there is a gate which leads to the Cala Mosques beach.

There is a small rocky beach just 50 metres from the villa. Then the main sandy beach, Calaforn, is 1250 metres.

The price includes :

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (except tourist tax detailed below), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Garden and swimming pool maintenance. Change-over day is Saturday, arrival time 16.00 to 20.00, departure by 10.00.

The price does not include :

Refundable deposit paid locally 400€ (or equivalent). Final clean payable locally 90€. Linen can be hired available on request 5€ per person and towels 5€ per person. Tourist tax payable locally 0.50€ per person per night (maximum 7 nights). Baby cot hires 30€ per week. Heating for the house. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking. Air conditioning supplement 100€ per week. Pets on request 50€ per stay payable locally.

Depending on the country, region or city, you may (or may not) be asked to pay a tourist tax directly on site by the corresponding owner. The amount varies widely from country to country, from 1 euro per day per adult over 18, up to an amount that can vary from 1 to 10. These amounts are indicative and do not depend in any way on Villas du Monde.
