About this holiday rental
Located 400 metres from the Augua Gelida creek this charming semi-detached villa is just 2 km from the beach and centre of Tamariu.
The accommodation comprises a comfortable living and dining room which opens onto the patio. Fully equipped kitchen. Three or four bedrooms (depending on the villa) and three bathrooms.
We have a number of same specification but not identical villas here so the photographs are representative of what you can expect. The capacity of the villas varies from 5 to 8.
Set on a private complex in the peaceful Aigua Gelida area, residents have use of two swimming pools and three tennis courts as well as large lawned grounds.
Barbecue and independent garage.
Change-over day is FRIDAY.

The price includes :
Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (except tourist tax), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity (not including heating). Garden and swimming pool maintenance. Linen provided (bed sheets and bath towels). Final clean included. Change-over day is Friday, arrival time 16.00 – 20.00, departure by 10.00. Pets are not permitted.
The price does not include :
Refundable deposit - credit card slip. Heating for the house. Tourist tax payable locally 0.45€ per adult (16+) per day for maximum 7 days. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking. Extra beds supplement of 6€ per bed per day. Cot hire 4€ per day. Bed linen change 7€, change of towels 3€. The villa must be left as found.
Depending on the country, region or city, you may (or may not) be asked to pay a tourist tax directly on site by the corresponding owner. The amount varies widely from country to country, from 1 euro per day per adult over 18, up to an amount that can vary from 1 to 10. These amounts are indicative and do not depend in any way on Villas du Monde.
