On the Spanish Costa Dorada, holiday rental villa for eight people with private swimming pool and barbeque, under ten minutes drive from the Cala Forn and Cala Mosques beaches and local shops.
Beach 2.5 km. Shops 3 km. Ametlla de Mar centre 4.5 km. Cala Lisses port 4 km. Salou 35 km. Tarragona 55 km. Barcelona 130 km.
The upper floor has two double bedrooms and a bathroom.
The ground floor has a living and dining room with fireplace and television. Fully equipped kitchen (with Vitro-ceramic hob, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave...). Two double bedrooms and a shower room.
The attractive garden has a number of shady spots along with barbeque area and an outdoor shower. There is plenty of garden furniture for eating outdoors and relaxing by the eight-metre long pool. Parking space for up to two cars.

Security deposit to be paid on the spot: 400 € (imprint bank card)
The cleaning of the end of stay is compulsory, the house must be left clean at the time of departure (cleaned dishes and row, garbage outlets, ...).
Air conditioning: supplement of 100 € / week.
Tourist tax: 1 € per person and per day.
Optional:
- Extra bed (if accepted when booking): 100 € / stay per bed and 30 € for a cot.
Bed linen and towels: not provided (to be rented on site) (beds made on arrival: 5 € / person - towels: 5 € per room / stay - dish towels: 5 € per room / stay ).
- Animals (if accepted at booking): 50 € / stay to pay on the spot
