Set amidst 30 hectares of vineyards this semi-detached house s next door to the owners but has private grounds and exclusive use of the private swimming pool. Beach in Vilanova and Sitges 30 minutes drive. Tarragona 40 km. Barcelona 45 km.

The upper floor has a double bedroom and bathroom. Twin bedroom (2 x 90 cm wide beds) and a bunk bedroom (2 x 80 cm wide bunk beds). Shower room.

The ground floor has a living and dining room with fireplace, sofas, television. Fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, washing machine, gas hob, oven, microwave, big refrigerator...).

The interior is tastefully decorated, furnished and equipped.

There are a large lawned area and an eight-metre long swimming pool at about 'à meters from the house along with mature trees offering natural shade where you can eat outside using the table and chairs provided.

There is plenty to do and see in the area including wine tasting, walking and riding.

The price includes :

(Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Linen and towels (not beach towels) provided. Final clean included. Local taxes (except tourist tax), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Garden and swimming pool maintenance. Change-over day is Saturday, arrival time 17.00 – 20.00, departure by 09.30. The price shown is for six people.
