Beautiful modern style house with private pool and stunning sea views located in a very quiet residential area only 3 km from the beach of Canyelles, 5 km from the centre of Lloret de Mar and 10 km from Tossa de Mar, one of the most charming towns on the Costa Brava.

This house is ideal for a family holiday on the Costa Brava! Maximum capacity of 6 persons. The villa has several outdoor terraces where you can contemplate the view of the bay and enjoy outdoor breakfasts. Private swimming pool of 8x4m.

There is an outdoor parking area, a private garden and an area with games for children. 166 m2 of interior space including living room with TV, dining room and kitchen. The kitchen has a large island with a breakfast area, and is fully equipped (oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine).

The house has 2 double bedrooms (180 x 200 cm and 140 x 200 cm), 1 bedroom with bunk beds and 1 office. It also has 1 bathroom with bathtub and 1 with shower and is distributed over 3 floors with 2 internal staircases. The staircase that goes down from the living-dining room area to the bedroom floor can be closed with a barrier for the safety of children.

Wifi free of charge. Heating optional: 50 € / week. Only rented to families. Youth groups not allowed. Pets not allowed. Cala Canyelles is a beautiful cove on the Costa Brava with crystal clear water. Here you can rent umbrellas and sun loungers and enjoy activities such as pedal boats, parasailing, water skiing and canoeing. You can also enjoy typical Mediterranean cuisine such as fish and paella in the beach restaurants. Tossa de Mar is a charming medieval walled town with a beautiful castle, excellent restaurants and beautiful beaches.

The price includes :

Property made available in good order and fully equipped, reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Garden and swimming pool maintenance.

The price does not include :

Obligatory final cleaning: 95€.
Deposit (credit card impression): 300 €.
Tourist tax to be paid on site (about 0,50 €/day and per adult - maximum 7 days).

Baby bed: 35 € per week.
Sheets: 8 € per person.
Towels (1 large + 1 small): 8 € per person.
Animals if allowed: 35 € per week.

Depending on the country, the region or the town, a tourist tax can be applicable, which is payable either on-site or before your departure. The amount will vary for an adult between 0.50€ and 2.50€ per day. Depending on the local administrations, the exact amount is often known only late on and occasionally it can rise between when you make your reservation and the day of your entry in the property.
