With a very nice view of the sea, this attractive villa with secure pool area is situated in the 'Balcon al Mar' area of Javea close to the 'Cap Négre' and 7 km from the main Arenal beach and 8 km from the old village.

Villa accommodation covering 200 m² on 2 floors for 8 people, 4 bedrooms, 3 bath/shower rooms, partial air conditioning, satellite television, wifi.

The main floor has an entrance with table football and an air-conditioned living and dining room with television along with a fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer etc.) opening onto a beautiful patio terrace with table and chairs as well as a 'plancha' for eating and cooking outdoors whilst admiring the sea views. Twin bedroom (2 x 90 cm wide beds which can push together to form a double if required), shower room and a separate toilet. Laundry room with washing machine.

The lower level has a master bedroom with two single beds and en-suite bathroom, two other bedrooms, one is a through room (each with two single beds which can push together if required), the through room has a ceiling fan and the other bedroom has air conditioning. These two bedrooms share a shower room. Each of the three bedrooms has access to the outdoor covered terrace.

The contemporary decor is light and pleasant.

The grounds cover 1000 m² and to the side of the house there is a good sized ten-metre-long swimming pool with surrounding terrace and pool loungers for relaxing, it has protective gates at each level. There are a number of terraces, some shaded, where you can sit and enjoy the Mediterranean garden and there is a double carport for parking by the main level of the house.

The price includes :

The provision of fully equipped accommodation; water, gas and electricity consumption (except for heating and air conditioning); maintenance of the garden and swimming pool; internet.

The price does not include :

The security deposit of 800 euros to dispose at our Javea agency: credit card slip required or cash.
The following services are to be paid on site upon arrival and in cash:

- Cleaning: fixed price of 200 euros to be paid on the spot.
- Air conditioning: package of 75 euros per week,

Optional, to order in advance (at least one week before your arrival):
- Linen: beds made on arrival two towels, one large and one small, tea towels: 15 euros per person per stay.
- On request: high chair (50 euros per stay), baby bed (50 euros per stay), animals (50 euros per animal and per stay, on request) ...

Supplements are to be paid on site in cash upon arrival.
