About this holiday rental

Holiday house for up to thirteen people with a large private swimming pool and garden. The villa Carvajal is located in Blanes on the Costa Brava in Spain, just a few minutes drive from a beautiful sandy beach 3km. Shops and restaurants 1km. Golf 7km. Gerona airport 32km.

The accommodation comprises a living and dining room with fireplace and television. Fully equipped kitchen. Three double bedrooms. Further bedroom with double sofa bed (1.35cm wide). Single bedroom (1 x 1.05cm wide bed) and a twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds). Two bathrooms.

The interior has pleasant décor and comfortable, practical furnishings. There is a large covered terrace for eating in the shade.

The garden has a large patio area and a twelve-metre long pool (which also has a slide) so you can enjoy a good swim. There is plenty of garden furniture for relaxing and eating outside. There are limited views of the sea.

The price includes :

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (except tourist tax detailed below), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Garden and swimming pool maintenance. Change-over day is Saturday, arrival time 16.00 – 20.00, departure by 10.00.

The price does not include :

Refundable deposit payable locally in cash 300€. Linen can be hired for 8€ per person, towels 8€ per person. Obligatory final clean payable locally 150€- Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking. Cot available on request 35€ per week. Extra bed: 80€/week.

Depending on the country, the region or the town, a tourist tax can be applicable, which is payable either on-site or before your departure. The amount will vary for an adult between 0.50€ and 2.50€ per day. Depending on the local administrations, the exact amount is often known only late on and occasionally it can rise between when you make your reservation and the day of your entry in the property.
