The garden is a good size covering 1500 m², there is a built-in barbeque, a pergola for eating outside and by the pool, you have sun loungers, parasols and an outdoor shower with nobody overlooking. There is parking space on the grounds for five cars.
This is top villa for a first class holiday in a peaceful setting just a short drive from Javea centre and the beach.
NB - in low season it is possible to rent the house for 8 or 6 people with the upper or lower floor closed off - ask for details of price adjustment.

The deposit of 2000 euros is not cashable and must be left at our agency: credit card imprint or cash.
The following services are to be paid on the spot at your arrival and in cash:
- Cleaning: compulsory fixed price of 300 euros to be paid on site.
Heating if required: 15 euros per day.
Optional, to be ordered in advance (at least one week before your arrival):
- Linen: beds made on arrival two towels, one large and one small, tea towels: 15 euros per person per stay.
- On request: high chair (50 euros per stay), baby bed (50 euros per stay), extra bed if accepted in the villa (80 euros per stay), pets (50 euros per pet per stay)...
Supplements are to be paid on site in cash on arrival.
Depending on the country, region or city, you may (or may not) be asked to pay a tourist tax directly on site by the corresponding owner. The amount varies widely from country to country, from 1 euro per day per adult over 18, up to an amount that can vary from 1 to 10.
