Casa Ballestra is a luxury villa set in an incredibly beautiful location. The views of the Mediterranean, the island of Portitxol, the bay and the cliffs are breathtaking. The villa has recently (November 2024) been completely redecorated in Ibizan style. On the street side there is a carport.

A few steps down and you are at the front door of Casa Ballestra. Spacious living room with lounge and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. All on one level. From the living room you can access the spacious naya (covered terrace) with another table and spacious chairs. The storage room is equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer. All rooms have underfloor heating (operated separately) and air conditioning. A spacious staircase leads from the naya to an intermediate terrace. A few steps down, you reach the swimming pool with 8 comfortable sun loungers and parasols. At the rear of the property (accessed from the street below) is another garage and parking space for a third car. The property is fully fenced. Bed and bath linen and beach towels from Zara Home, toiletries (shampoo, conditioner and shower gel) from Marie Stelle Maris. Hotel-quality beds, , Nespresso machine with cups, Smeg toaster and kettle, juicer, ...... Everything is in place for a comfortable stay at Casa Ballestra.

The price does not include :

An additional charge of 400 euros must be paid at the time of booking for linen and cleaning.
A deposit of 1000 euros to be paid by bank transfer or credit card to villas du monde.
