About this holiday rental

Located near Sant Lluis in the village of Maon, set in the countryside yet just five minutes drive from the beach this typical Menorca villa has a private pool set in very large grounds with nice lawn areas and parts with mature trees offering shady spots ideal for a snooze.

Villa accommodation covering 230 m² on two floors for 10/11 people, 5 bedrooms, 3 bath/shower rooms, wifi.

The ground floor has a very spacious living and dining room with television and DVD player along with a fully equipped kitchen all opening onto a big covered patio terrace which is a perfect place to enjoy breakfast. Double bedroom and two twin bedrooms (2 x 90 cm wide beds in each). Bathroom and a shower room both with toilets.

The upper floor has a double bedroom, twin bedroom (2 x 90 cm wide beds) and a bathroom with toilet.

Overall the house is particularly comfortable, pleasant and well maintained. The sanitary facilities and kitchen are in perfect order and it has a certain charm.

The grounds are huge, covering 10800 m² and the nine-metre long pool is protected by a low wall. There is a built-in barbecue and a canopy covered patio for dining outdoors. The warm sunshine resonates on the white walls which contrast with the soothing greenery of the vegetation which is unmistakably Mediterranean, typified by the olive trees. There is plenty of garden furniture to enable you to relax and enjoy the peaceful environment and unwind.

There are shops and a small tapas bar come restaurant in the nearby village of Sant Lluis which is a few minutes in the car and more comprehensive facilities in Maon which is around fifteen minutes drive.

The arrival day can be Friday, Saturday or Sunday.

Observations :

Please leave the villas in a normal state of cleanliness. Housekeeping service available for a supplement.

Payment of the deposit must be made by credit card imprint to Villas du Monde or by bank transfer.
Tourist tax (To pay with the balance of your reservation) 2,2 euros per night and per adult above 16 years.
